Lensmen applies and meets all of the required Health & Safety regulations. All equipment, goods or materials used or provided by Lensmen in the course of providing services comply with all relevant Health & Safety Standards.

All Lensmen staff have read and signed our in-house Safety Statement, and are responsible for ensuring that Health & Safety standards are applied to ensure the safety of staff and others while on set, on location, and at the production house.

All our photographers, videographers, and other key staff hold Safe Passes, having taken part in the Solas Safe Pass, Health and Safety Awareness Training Programme, which enables us to work on construction sites without being a risk to ourselves or others.

Dóchas Code of Conduct on Images and Messages

Lensmen Photography & Video Production confirm our acceptance of the Dóchas Code of Conduct on Images and Messages, which states “choices of images and messages will be made based on the paramount principles of:

• Respect for the dignity of the people concerned
• Belief in the equality of all people
• Acceptance of the need to promote fairness, solidarity and justice
• Lensmen Photography and Video Production is a signatory of the Dóchas Code of Conduct on Images and Messages.

Child Protection

All staff members have signed the NMI Child Protection Policy and Image Safe documentation.

Garda Clearance

Our photography staff hold Garda & US White House Security Clearance May 2011 (for President Barack Obama’s visit to Ireland).
