Maplewood Residential has launched a new scheme – the construction of Knockrabo. The site is located on Mount Anville Road in the south of Dublin. It is highly anticipated by southside buyers looking to purchase luxury accommodation. The 20-acre site will accommodate over 200 houses and apartments, with the first 47 homes being ready for sale in 2017. With prices starting at approximately €785, 000, the scheme is aimed at dominating the luxury house market. Further, the residents will be able to enjoy a private library lounge, where they can take a chat with their neighbors over coffee or hosting private events. Maplewood Residential is currently awaiting planning permission for a gym. Despite the large area that is taken up by the build, a quarter of the site will remain as open expanse.

Lensmen and our partner evercam.io were delighted to work with DNG estate agents on a long-term time-lapse project on the construction of these new estate developments. When the build commenced in July 2016, we set up a time-lapse camera to capture every stage of the project.
