Ballymore/Oxley – Dublin Landings Development

The Irish property group Ballymore has announced plans to develop the Dublin docklands, located on North Wall Quay. The construction, claiming a total of €700 million, includes new offices and retail space, as well as 273 apartments. It will offers a home to people who work around the area, which will grow into a diverse community in a central part of the Dublin.

Amenities within the development will include: rooftop gardens and terrace, an 11,000 sq. ft gym, a concierge service for residential tenants, secure underground parking and electric car charging. Both residential and commercial units will be fitted with best in class LED lighting and all units will have a BER3 rating.

Dublin Landings will benefit from exceptional transport infrastructure, and appeal to a variety of domestic and international occupiers across a number of sectors. The immediate locality has experienced and continues to see significant development activity including the development of The Point Village, The Gibson Hotel and the Convention Centre Dublin. Its attractive location, superior design, world-class infrastructure and transport links, Dublin Landings has a rarity value unmatched in the city.

In Summer 2018, the NTMA is anticipated to be the first occupant, taking 83,000 sq. ft. of the first office block, a 220,000 sq. ft eight storey waterfront building.
