Lensmen video production company are looking for a video producer to join their creative video team. This is a 6-9- 12 month internship contract with the potential of being a full-time employee at the end of the internship.

What you will be doing:

• The video producer will work closely with the creative video department at Lensmen.

• They will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, quoting upcoming jobs, creating call sheets, clarifying shooting briefs, and ensuring all video projects are delivered on time.

• Hands-on experience on set, acting as a producer and first assistant director.

• Finding new business and clientele for Lensmen.

What we look for:

Required –

• We are looking for someone who has great interpersonal skills, is very positive and has a passion for video production.

• Bachelors Degree in film and screen media, video production and or producing.

• Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.

• Has very good English.

• Someone who is comfortable working as part of a team.

• Interest in and aptitude for producing creative media content.

• Knowledge of on-set production and post production.

• Well versed in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Client-facing experience.

• Great project management abilities in a leadership role.

• Self motivated and willing to expand knowledge.

• Experience working with clients to develop and negotiate project scopes and budgets.

• Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines.

Who We Are:

Lensmen is a video production company based in North Strand in Dublin City. We create video for a variety of clients in many different sectors. Our video department consists of 5 video editors and videographers.

The types of video we create are corporate promotional videos, commercials, social media videos for brands, product videos, lifestyle style videos and music videos.
